High performers hire me to increase their clarity, focus, and effectiveness.
Happy holidays! Thanks for touching base during this season of reflection and intention-setting.
In convos and coaching sessions, I’m hearing about burnout and decision fatigue. Leaders tell me they crave more high-impact, purpose-driven work – not just endless meetings and admin. They want to tackle the projects that got them into their work in the first place.
Sound familiar? If a team or strategy challenge is at the top of your 2024 to-do list, having a coach could make all the difference. I invite you to schedule a discovery call so we can determine if I’m a fit for you and your needs.
The executive coaching process is elegantly simple. And it works.
Clients receive:
An intake questionnaire that helps the client clarify their thinking and goals before our first session.
A series of three coaching sessions* on Zoom or at my office. In these deep-dive conversations, we get to the root of a specific challenge and identify achievable goals to begin addressing it. *Employees of non-profit organizations receive four coaching sessions.
Email check-ins between sessions. Curated resources and email introductions, when appropriate.
The client stays focused on their commitments, leading to noticeable gains between sessions. We hit the ground running when we’re back together. When coaching engagements end, clients report changes in mindset, habits, and key projects.
Directly or indirectly, the client’s entire team benefits. It's an investment with major ROI, and typically paid for by the client's organization as a training expense.
