Coaching clients typically come to me with a challenge that falls into one of two categories.

Individual leadership development requires focus, ongoing attention, and, counterintuitively, teamwork. When you define your top challenge -- and I serve as your guide, thought partner, sounding board, and accountability coach -- you elevate your performance.

 

Each engagement includes:

  • An intake questionnaire that gets you thinking before we even begin our first session.

  • Three 75-minute sessions on Zoom or by phone. In these deep-dive conversations, we get to the root of your challenge and identify achievable goals to begin addressing it.

  • Email check-ins between sessions. Curated resources and email introductions, when appropriate.

It's an investment with major ROI, and typically paid for by a client's organization as a training expense. Access to me to process and problem-solve issues as they come up between sessions is available for an additional fee.

Working with me, you identify your key challenge or pain point; receive actionable tools and advice that are specific to your situation; set realistic goals between sessions; and gain clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
